What we do

Three things, done properly

From the 6am “it won’t stop leaking” call to a full new build — the same team, the same standard.

How it works

Simple, start to finish

  1. 1

    Give us a call

Tell us what’s happening. If it’s urgent, say so — that’s what we’re here for.

  2. 2

    We take a look

We work out what’s actually going on and talk you through the options before we start.

  3. 3

    We fix it

Done properly the first time, so you’re not ringing another plumber about the same thing next month.

  4. 4

    We leave it tidy

Mess cleaned up and ground reinstated. “Friendly, tidy and trustworthy” is how our customers put it.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do you take urgent call-outs?

Yes — maintenance and urgent call-outs are a core part of what we do. Our workshop hours are Monday to Friday, so if something has let go, ring us early and we’ll get to you as soon as we can.

Water is going everywhere — what do I do right now?

Turn the water off at your toby (the mains valve near your street boundary, usually under a small round cover) or at the cylinder valve if it’s a hot water leak. Then call us on 0274 445 205. Shutting it off first saves the floor and the bill.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based on Wayside Road in Te Kauwhata. Give us a call with your address and we’ll confirm straight away that we can get to you.

Do you do drainlaying and gas as well as plumbing?

We do — drainlaying is half our name. We lay new drainage, locate and repair blockages, and handle gasfitting alongside the plumbing, so one team covers the whole job.

Can you help with a new build or a renovation?

Yes. We plumb new builds from the ground up and re-plumb existing homes for renovations. If you’re still at the planning stage, talk to us early — it’s much cheaper to move a pipe on paper than in a wall.

How much is it going to cost?

We believe plumbing should be simple and affordable for everyone. Tell us what’s going on — the more you can describe, the better an idea we can give you before we arrive.
